Who are we?

Music4Sight was founded by Rob Feinfield, M.D., an Ophthalmologist and Eye Surgeon in Burbank, California. Combining his profession with his personal passion for music, Dr. Feinfield first organized Music4Sight three years ago to benefit struggling musicians facing sight-threatening conditions or diseases who do not have the resources for health insurance.

Music4Sight’s mission is to partner with distributors of music and entertainment companies and artists to promote donations for vision care throughout the world. Music4Sight became an official Advocate For Sight of ORBIS International in 2010 and through its affiliate supports ORBIS endeavors worldwide.

ORBIS International featured the song “Into the Light, Out of the Darkness” from Nicole Gordon’s CD “Long Time” on the ORBIS music video “ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital - Vietnam 2010.” Dr. Feinfield is the Executive Producer of the "Long Time” CD. He co-produced “Long Time” with Barry Goldberg, known for his work with Bob Dylan, Gladys Knight, and Chicago Blues Reunion. Dr. Feinfield also co-wrote and produced "Into the Light, Out of the Darkness," with Barry Goldberg, and Nicole Gordon.
